                        NOTICE OF A PROPOSAL FOR A SPECIAL RESOLUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting to conduct a Special Resolution will be held at the Club House of Charles Pirie Reserve, Carss Park on the 22nd Day of November 2007 at 7pm.

(1)   A nomination of a person for membership of the association:

(a)    must be made by a member of the association in writing in the form set out

in Appendix 1 to these rules

       Replace with

A person shall be entitled to be a financial member of the club with the entitlement to vote and hold office provided that person is:

A parent of a player

A player 18 years and over

A special member introduced to the club by a member and after 3 consecutive meetings is nominated and seconded and subsequently elected by the club.

Any person who the club in its wisdom sees fit to be a member.

Membership fee

Annual membership fee being for a family unit having one voting right.
